I am currently trying to bring together all the evidence I have that I was bullied, so that my employer can investigate what has happened. This is very stressful for me, as I am having to force myself to relive painful experiences.
I've taken to only writing things when they are already on my mind (I get unwelcome thoughts at random times during the day) and also working late at night (e.g. from 1am to 4am) when I am in the right kind of mood for trying to get justice, instead of feeling sorry for myself.
This has worked well the past two nights, so I am hopeful that I can carry this on for the next few days.

First Post
Welcome to Bully at Work - my blog all about how I've been treated by a bully at work and what I'm doing about it.
At some point in the future, I hope to make a website along similar lines to the awesome bullyonline.org created by the late Tim Field, with emphasis on community interaction (e.g. discussion forums and personal advice), but unfortunately I'm still in the middle of trying to resolve things with my employer and so wanted to make sure I could remain anonymous for the time being.
The main reason I have decided to use a blog rather than writing a diary is because I find keeping everything to myself very lonely and depressing, but telling the world about it feels like a positive thing!
